1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the RISE Marketing Group AZPPO Tournament Giveaway and any subsequent interactions with RISE Marketing Group through this funnel, including demo scheduling and marketing communications. By submitting any form on these pages, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Giveaway Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Arizona-based home service business owners only. One entry per business. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of RISE Marketing Group are not eligible to enter or win.

3. The Prize

The prize consists of one (1) custom website design or redesign built specifically for the winner's home service business. All websites designed and developed by RISE Marketing Group are hand-built and custom to each client's brand. We do not use pre-made templates, drag-and-drop page builders, or off-the-shelf themes.

What's Included:

• Custom homepage and interior pages
• Mobile-first, speed-optimized build
• Lead capture forms and click-to-call functionality
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• Hosting configuration
• 30 days of post-launch support

What's Not Included:

• Custom software or application development
• Third-party software licensing fees
• Paid advertising or ad spend
• Ongoing monthly maintenance beyond 30 days
• Any services outside the agreed website scope

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

4. Custom Application Development

RISE Marketing Group offers custom application development as a separate, standalone service. Any references to custom apps or custom software on this website or in marketing materials refer to services available under a separately scoped, quoted, and contracted agreement. Custom application development is not included as part of the giveaway prize or any complimentary demo offer.

5. Free Demo

Scheduling a free demo through this funnel is a no-obligation, 20-minute consultation to review the RISE platform and its capabilities. Booking a demo does not constitute a purchase, service agreement, or commitment of any kind.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The giveaway winner will be selected at RISE Marketing Group's sole discretion following the conclusion of the AZPPO Tournament. The winner will be notified using the contact information submitted at entry. RISE Marketing Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice.

7. Marketing Communications

By submitting any form within this funnel, you consent to receive marketing communications from RISE Marketing Group via SMS and email, including but not limited to giveaway updates, demo follow-up, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Privacy

Information submitted through any page in this funnel is used solely to administer the giveaway, schedule demos, and deliver relevant communications. RISE Marketing Group does not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While RISE Marketing Group has an 18-year track record of delivering results for home service businesses, individual outcomes vary. No specific revenue, lead volume, or business growth is guaranteed as a result of any service, demo, or engagement with RISE Marketing Group.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from participation in this funnel or giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
